my speaker is not responding, no sound?

Check the wifi strength, click the settings icon on speaker in My Speakers view, then on WiFI strength in menu. Also check the sound by connecting your phone / tablet to the 3.5mm input by cable (connect to phone or other sound source). Change source on the speaker to AUX to test to playing via 3.5mm input.
Also try this:
1. Close and re-open the app.
2. Disconnect speaker from power, wait 30 seconds. Then reconnect to power and let the speaker connect to your network. A sound is heard when the speaker has connected again to your wifi network.
